Payment Policy

Valid credit card required to secure the booking NO DEPSOSIT TAKEN, full payment required upon check out. Surcharge applies on Amex.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations in writting (email/fax/post) outside of 14 days of the booking - no penalty Cancellations within 14 days 50% of total booking charged if accommodation no relet Cancellations within 48 hours of booking (after 4pm) full charge applies.
